orange roughy
Definition:
[RUHF-ee] This New Zealand fish (also known as slimehead) is fast becoming popular in the United States. It's low in fat, has firm white flesh and a mild flavor. Orange roughy is available in specialty fish markets and some supermarkets. It can be poached, baked, broiled or fried. See also fish.
