crêpes suzette
Definition:
[KRAYPS (KREHPS) soo-ZEHT] Prepared in a chafing dish, this illustrious dessert consists of an orange-butter sauce in which crêpes are warmed, then doused with grand marnier (or other orange liqueur) and ignited to flaming glory.
