Crema Dania cheese; Crema Danica cheese
Definition:
[KREHM-uh DAHN-yuh; KREHM-uh DAHN-uh-kuh] Denmark gives us this exquisitely rich gift in the form of small cheese rectangles with a white downy rind and soft ivory interior. Crema Dania is a rich double-cream cheese that, at 72 percent milk fat, almost qualifies as a triple-cream. It's a wonderful cheese for after dinner. See also cheese.
